Development Vision
We are proud to be one of Edmonton’s most creative and out-of-the-box developers. We believe that unless a building has a story to tell, it’s not worth building. Manchester Square
We are incredibly proud of our newest development, Manchester Square. The design was inspired by European style & lifestyle to encourage socializing while exploring a variety of locally owned businesses. We looked to create a city-wide destination where people can enjoy the space as much as the products & services they purchase. At Manchester Square, we support local vendors and their ability to build strong relationships with their clients. We are confident that Manchester Square will be a leading retail space in Edmonton, where people will look to enjoy time with family and friends.
Graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Mr. Morgulis enjoys applying his extensive experience in commercial design, helping clients execute their vision, guiding employees to accomplish their goals and inspiring others to achieve their full potential. When not serving on the Boards of Children’s Wish Foundation and North Edge Business Association, he can be found enjoying quality time with family and friends.
Giordano has been involved in 76 Group’s portfolio of properties for over ten years and has always had a passion for commercial real estate and development. After being involved with family-run businesses his entire life, Giordano developed a true passion and understanding for local entrepreneurs. Previously he attended MacEwan University for Bachelor of Commerce before he travelled to Europe to play soccer. As VP, Giordano oversees the leasing and sales within 76 Groups portfolio and is involved in the vision for future developments.
Originally from Ukraine, Tetyana brings previous experience from the travel and accounting industries as well as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, to her role overseeing property maintenance, communications and supervising. She loves to travel, dance, practice yoga, and socialize with friends.
Dorothy has been in sales and marketing industry for over 20 years. She owned and operated her independent retail boutique for eight years in several locations. The importance of connection to local businesses and individuals in our community are the mainstream and priority that Dorothy dedicates her attention to.
Olga graduated with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Management and Economics. Right after college, she moved to the United States of America, where she acquired most of her work experience. Olga has been in the management and coffee industry for over 10 years. She is happy to assist you with any administrative or property management work. Outside of work life, she is passionate about her family, the coffee industry and travel.
